• Canadian National Team Athlete from 1999-2010 (assistant captain 2004-2009, captain 2009-2010),  5x World Championships participant, 3x Pan Am Games Bronze Medallist, 2x Commonwealth Medallist (Gold-2002, Silver-2006)
• 2008 Olympian
• 7x Canadian National Champion (4x Age-Group, 3x Senior)
• NCCP Level 3 Coach Certified, Learning Facilitator "Practice Coach"
